Shipping Policy

Every order is prepared with care and shipped in luxury Mapule Collection packaging.

Processing time

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and couture pieces are cut, fitted and finished by hand, so please allow 2–4 weeks before dispatch — we'll keep you updated throughout.

Delivery within South Africa

Major metros: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Outlying areas: 3–6 business days. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance; duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Complimentary shipping is offered on qualifying orders within South Africa.
