Refund Policy

We want every piece you order to feel exactly right. If it doesn't, here's how returns work.

Return window

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Couture & made-to-order

Couture, bridal and made-to-order pieces are cut and finished specifically for you, so these are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

How to request a return

Email the studio with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send collection or drop-off instructions. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
